2. Ordering
Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It includes details about the products, price, billing, and shipping address.

3. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time: 8-14 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

It takes around 2-7 days to Ship the order.
shipping in Europe takes a maximum of 10-17 days. but if it gets stuck in customs, it will take longer. it's not something we can do anything about.
You will probably get your item but only for a longer time. If it happens that the package got stuck in customs and it is generally lost. then we will send you a new one or refund your amount of money.

- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., jerseys with a custom name and number).
- Services that have been fully performed with prior consent.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food).
- Individual issues of newspapers or magazines.
Complaints & Returns
All products are inspected before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the cost to correct the issue.
