Refund policy

1. Purchase and Ordering

When you make a purchase on Pelkit, you accept our terms and agree to follow our return policy.

  • We sell football jerseys from various football teams.
  • We do not sell counterfeit products of brands like Nike or Adidas.
  • If you order a jersey with a custom name and number, returns and cancellations are not accepted, as the product is personalized for you.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • The production time for products is 2-5 business days before shipping.
  • Delivery time is 8-14 business days.
  • We ship directly from China to the customer.
  • The customer does not pay any additional customs fees, as we and our supplier handle them in advance.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for personalized jerseys (e.g., with name and number).
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost in case of a withdrawal.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us at pelkit@pelkit.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to send back the item.
  3. Once we receive and approve the return, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.   
  4. REMEMBER: Our return policy allows for a 14-day window starting from the day your item is delivered. During this period, you have the option to open and try the product. However, please keep in mind that if the tag or the white sheet or the bag is removed or if the item is not in perfect condition, we won't be able to accept the return.

4. Complaints

If you receive a faulty or defective product, contact us within 14 days at pelkit@pelkit.com.

  • Send pictures and a description of the issue.
  • If the complaint is approved, we will send a replacement or offer a refund.
